Denplan Dental Cover 

Private treatment can be accessed through Denplan, a really easy way to spread the cost of your treatment into affordable monthly payments, reducing the chance of receiving unexpected dental bills.

There are two options:  Denplan Care and Denplan Essentials, each offering a different range of cover, to suit your dental needs and your budget.

Denplan Care

What does it include?

In additional to paying for your routine preventive dental care such as check-ups, hygienist visits and dental x-rays, it also covers many of your restorative treatments too, such as fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures (excluding laboratory fees), periodontal (gum) treatments and a full range of preventative care and advice.

Denplan Care also entitles you to private emergency appointments (including out of hours care), worldwide emergency dental care, full dental accident insurance, and access to Denplan’s 24-hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline.

How much does it cost?

When you register for Denplan Care, your dentist will give you a full dental assessment so that the monthly price you pay is dependent on the health of your mouth and your likely future treatment needs.

Denplan Essentials

What does it include?

Denplan Essentials is a simple budgeting plan, covering the foundations of your dental care. It includes routine preventive dental care (up to two regular check-ups, hygienist appointments and X-rays per year and unlimited preventative advice); however, unlike with Denplan Care, you pay for private restorative treatment, such as fillings, as you need it. 

Like Denplan Care, Denplan Essentials provides you with worldwide dental injury and dental emergency cover and access to Denplan’s 24-hour Worldwide Dental Emergency Helpline. Terms and conditions apply.

How much does it cost?

The cost of Deplan Essentials is £9.85 per month.  You then pay for any treatments at the private fee rates quoted above.
